For those who seek the thrill of verticality but do not practice climbing, the Via-Ferrata is an interesting alternative. Appeared in Italy during the Second World War, these routes spread widely throughout the world.
Equipped with a helmet, a harness and 2 shock absorbers, it is a matter of climbing along metal bars sealed in the rock, while ensuring its safety by attaching its carabiners on a cable that acts as a line of Life.
The presence of a guide is a plus: it watches over your gestures, shows you the route and, above all, it is there in case of a soft blow, technical error, to ensure a stress-free exit.
